        When it comes to customer satisfaction, you are our top priority.  Superior service is exemplified at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife through our friendly and knowledgeable sales and service staff.  Our sales, service, and guest relations departments have continued to achieve the title of "Elite of Lexus" award twelve years consecutively.  This means not only meeting, but also exceeding the high expectations placed forth on the prestigious Lexus name and reputation. 

     To quote the Lexus Covenant "Lexus will treat each customer as we would a guest in our home."  We live by these words and hope that every visit you have at Lexus of Tacoma is an accommodation and pleasurable experience.  Both of our guests waiting areas offer many amenities: Wireless internet, two big screen plasma TV's, warm cookies, ipad use, and a healthy fruit basket.  We also offer a variety of fruity juices, bottled water, and delicious Starbucks coffees and teas.

WAITING AREA 
Our spacious waiting area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs around a big screen television. We have workstations with phones, and there is always fresh coffee and juice.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE 
If your home or office is in Tacoma, or you have some shopping to do at the mall, just let your service advisor know you would like a ride. We will drop you off and pick you up again when your Lexus is ready.

WASH AND VACUUM 
Our full oil change service include a full wash and vacuum of your Lexus. Any service above an oil change also gets a wash and vacuum. If you are in a hurry, we have a mini service also available.

LOANER CARS 
If your car is being serviced and requires over two hours of shop time, we will provide you with a complimentary loaner car for the day - you just buy the gas. If your service doesn't qualify for a free car, we will gladly rent you a car. In both cases, advance reservations are required.

DETAIL SHOP
Does your Lexus need to be freshened up? We have a full-service detail shop for complete exterior and interior details. Just call our service department for prices, specials, and to schedule.
