The Best of both world, EV and Gas
By Lou Yuan | on 5/7/2026 10:08:04 PM
Got My TX 550h + at April 2025, the main reason that I got 550h + was really the V6, with a family of 5 and a 80 lbs dog, it is not just a 6 seats car that I need, but a powerful one. I've test drove TX 350, I was not impressed, however, 500h + gave me exactly what I needed. With added bonus, since my daily commute is approx. 19 miles. EV plug-in gives me the cheap electric that I envoy, plus the long distance drive we need to go on vacation without wait for charging station, so I believed this is the best decision that I made for 550h +, so far with EV combined, I am getting 36.1 MPG, HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT! I am loving it, especially when the gas hit over $4.50 per gallon a few weeks back.… - 5.0
The best Lexus SUV ever
By JMB Punta Gorda | on 7/4/2025 6:38:28 PM
This vehicle is much better than any German rival. Extremely quiet. Extremely luxurious interior. Very nice layout. Excellent ride, excellent tires. The ride is comfortable and super super quiet. Unlike German vehicles which may have more pep, with this vehicle you have the luxury of not seeing the dealership on a monthly basis for repairs. It is also not even in the same ballpark as the Grand Highlander. It is so much quieter and better built. We test drove both extensively. For the features that you get it's actually not that much more expensive than the Grand Highlander. Highly recommended… - 5.0
Great family car for long road trips
By Fernando | on 5/25/2025 10:38:23 AM
We just bought the 500h in luxury and couldn't be more happier. We love the power of the engine, the quietness on the road and the composure that this vehicle has in turning. My daughter loves the third row as she tends to lay there during the trips. My wife is a happy camper with this vehicle, and so am I. At first I was interested in the gx but after considering that options we chose the TX as we are not much of an of roads people, we tend to do road trips and spend 99% of the time on roads, so this vehicle is good for that. As well unlike the gx and lx this has a good amount of space in the back which is great to add bags and what not without the need of losing the third row. Now this review has just come from the first road trip I did, from NYC to Burlington Vermont and she handled amazing. I did not feel no squeek as other mentioned but granted it's still relative new, It feels solid for me. The technology I'm okay with it and used to it since my wife has an nx and we have no problem with the head up display nor the door handle. One thing that the TX did not had was a nob to change the modes from normal to sport but I added on the head up display on the right side of the wheel buttons, all good with that. The seat are good for my family and me however they are more tight and I guess a bigger person would not feel as comfortable on the driver's side. Other than that this vehicle fits all our families need and we are happy with the purchase, and yes it's expensive but for our family it's worth it, read it again worth it!…
